Wise Pelican offers four types of real estate signs: yard signs (standard square format for listings), horizontal signs (wide landscape format), vertical signs (36″h × 24″w portrait format), and sign riders (narrow add-on panels that attach to your main sign to highlight open houses, just listed, sold, and more).

All real estate signs are printed on durable, weather-resistant coroplast (corrugated plastic) — the industry standard for outdoor real estate signage. They are UV-resistant and designed to hold up through the full listing period in all weather conditions.

All orders received by 12pm Pacific Time will print and ship the SAME DAY. Standard shipping is FREE and arrives in 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for urgent orders.

Yes! You can add a custom QR code to any sign design using the Express Editor. QR codes can link to your listing page, virtual tour, lead capture form, or website — turning every sign into an interactive marketing tool.

They complement your main yard, horizontal, or vertical sign and let you update the message without replacing the full sign.
