Choosing the right subdivision or real estate farm is essential to success with direct mail marketing. Before you send out your first postcards, research your MLS and find subdivisions or geographic regions with a solid turnover rate and minimal agent saturation.
We suggest sending one postcard a month to your real estate farm, every month at the minimum. Once you obtain a listing in the area you farm in, send at least one (two would be better) Just Listed postcards to show that you are the expert REALTOR in the area!
